🎙️ Guest: Nicole Trigani (@trigschoreo & trigschoreo.com) “Born and raised in New Jersey, Nicole grew up training in various dance styles then attended college as a four year member of the Division I University of Delaware Dance Team.
Since her graduation from the University of Delaware in 2020, she has danced professionally in the NBA for the Boston Celtics and founded TRIGS Choreo LLC in 2020.
She now choreographs for NBA, NFL, and nationally ranked college dance teams across the country including the Portland Trailblazers, Atlanta Hawks, University of South Carolina, University of Delaware, and many more.
Nicole is currently living in Los Angeles while working full time in media and training regularly at Millennium Dance Complex. She trains weekly under Kolanie Marks and various industry professionals. Her training includes hip-hop, jazz, house, popping foundation, krump foundation, waving, amapiano, and more.
